Short Training Day

Was a rainy day in southern California today. (Do people run when it rains?) I guess they do cause there was a wait at the 24 Hour Fitness treadmills today. Nothing special happened today. Just ran 3.2 miles on the treadmill @ 6.0 mph. Seem to be running into the same people there...I think I'll name them "Guy Who Wears Hat And Three Layers of Clothes", "Older Lady With Book", and "Athletic Girl Who Walk/Jogs"....I run into those three all the time.

Got a flyer for the Carlsbad 5000 today. It's the 5k I'm running in on April 9. 2006....should be fun. Going to bring the whole family down and make a weekend of it, hit Sea World on Saturday and then hang out in Carlsbad on Sunday. Hope it doesn't rain that weekend.
