Strange Weather

What's up with the California weather? It was nice last week...in the 70's up until 6:30pm....it's cold and drizzly now, so I was forced back into 24 Hour Fitness to run on the treadmill.

Did a quick run : 3 miles @ 7.5 mph (8:00 mile pace). Felt pretty easy, I think I can break my 5k PR 24:13 in the next 5k that I do.

Next run : Friday 3 miles (hopefully outdoors).
